At a really affordable price compared to others, this is exactly what you would expect. Colors are good but you'll need to tweak your monitor settings to be good (as good as the ips are). The response times are relatively slow, the case is cheap and in my case it even detaches from the monitor with a slight jerk to the side. Overall I wasn't expecting much so based on the price it only gets a 4 for living up to expectations but if you can save a few bucks I'd bet it for something of a higher quality.
