Review on πŸ” Autel ML529 OBD2 Scanner - Full OBD2 Functions, Engine Light Turn-off, O2 Sensor Test, AutoVin, DTC Lookup, Free Online Update by Jean Donjuan

Good basic scanner

I bought this for someone with limited ability to read engine codes themselves. This tool seems to cover the basics pretty well, and the interface and color screen are nice. I tested this and it works great for extracting codes, wiping data, live streaming and instant messaging. I went to the Autel website and signed up to allow the tool to update. The only complaint I had was that the website would have been easier to use and navigate. It's a well built tool that feels solid in hand. I expect it to work well in hot environments since it doesn't have a built-in battery. The storage box and documentation are very good. If you need a basic scanner, this is a good choice.
