Ouch. one card was DOA

One was good and one was bad (I swapped them out to be sure). I'm using a 32-bit operating system, so one was enough. I am now using 3GB of memory when used with the original card. I've used 4GB with 32-bit Windows before with no problems. It just shows up as just over 3 on the system. about 3.2GB. I think the price might be a guide.
