This is not 4 gauge wire! come on guys The wire harness diameter is definitely smaller than what they state in their specs. Caliber #4 is clearly marked on the case. This is not the same as 4 AWG, which is misleading. Pretty good quality wire, not as flimsy as your high end "stinger" style car audio cables and certainly not as flexible, this stuff does really weird things when crimped, especially on short tip-toe's - Peak lengths. . You get what you pay for and these things are great for my needs and cost a quarter of what local stores sell 'good things' for. I just wish they were a little more honest about sizing, my dad's $150 pliers don't lie, it's 6 gauge wire.
