Yes, Under Armor clothing is expensive. But it's worth it. I buy almost all Under Armor clothing for my son after years of playing around with other cheaper brands. It's NEVER worth it. Champion, Nike, Reebok, we bought it all. I hate spending that much money when it's still growing so fast, but the UA stuff is worth it. Withstands wear and tear. The fabrics are always comfortable and light on the body. Sweatshirts will not shrink or fade after repeated washing. In the end, we're always glad we spent the extra money on UA gear. When it grows out, it still looks brand new. These shorts are no exception. They fit and hold up great.
