Great burgers for grilling and cooking outdoors
This thing is awesome and built to last. It does have a little problem with wanting to hold the meat in place, but that's easily solved if it's oiled well before packing. Makes awesome meat pucks that turn into tender burgers. I got advice from a friend. Pierce through the center so it's thinner than the rest when you're ready to throw it on the grill. This helps the hamburger achieve a more even temperature overall.
