They do exactly what they were designed to do, but if you're looking for the same experience as Full Drop Bars, this product isn't for you. I attached them to the ends of my commuter bike's flat handlebars and added foam tape. They were easy to put on and felt comfortable in the hand. But when you put them on flat grips they tend to be too stretchy and I felt like I was increasing my resistance by putting my hands on them. I personally didn't like the look either. If your main concern is getting a more comfortable hand position for long rides, this might work. But if you're looking for more aerodynamics, that won't help you much.
