Review on Triplicity by Andrew Dinelli

The customer service is excellent, the platform is intuitive and easy to use. I like the fact that the system can be used for both internal and external reporting. There are not many features in the product, so it would be good if more could be added. However there are some nice customisations available which give you full control over your reports. This is a great tool for managing risk with third party suppliers and contractors. It allows you to easily keep track of all work done by subcontractors and gives you complete visibility into their performance.
