I don't usually review these products but thought I'd save you some money as you're better off getting similar products that are better work as this. Anker usually means quality, but for some reason they missed that, as the USB ports are so close to the edges that it's very difficult to plug in devices and especially difficult to take them out since you're unplugging and then unplugging the entire charger need the cable USB because it is so narrow. Also, for some reason, the bottom USB port is upside down. I thought these issues might be a mistake in what I received, but I returned it and got another one that had the same issues. I am very disappointed because I expected more from Anker. UPDATE: 01.05. In 2021, Anker sent a replacement with a different model that performs much better than this one. Their customer service is still light years ahead of others and that's why I'm increasing my rating from 2 to 4 stars. I can't give 5 stars because the original product is still not worth buying.
