I like how easy it is to use, there are no hidden charges or anything of this nature when you book your ride using them! Sometimes they do not show up as available for pick ups which can be frustrating but if someone calls me back with their availability within 20 minutes then its all good!! Their customer service team really does make things right very quickly so don't get frustrated too much over small issues because nothing will ever seem big enough after talking through everything thoroughly until both parties where satisfied :) They also have an excellent API integration solution called MyTaxis Data Hub (MTDH) - we integrated our mobile apps directly into MTDATA HUB allowing us access from anywhere at anytime via any device connected internet networked computer etc.
