Appearance used for outdoor accessories

I understand the product is cheap but it came in flimsy packaging which could easily damage the product. Also, when I opened the box, I found that although the product was boxed, it had quite a few scratches that made it look like it had been used. Definitely not what I expected. I wouldn't buy it again.
