Great product. Makes it much easier to connect your Presta style air pump feed to your bike's hose barb. Also, I have a very tight seal that doesn't allow air to escape even at higher dispensing pressures. Side lever quick release ensures minimal air pressure loss when removing from hose fitting. One thing is tricky: the purchase of this item requires the purchase of a separate Silca-threaded Schrader cartridge. The threaded inner part of the Schroeder cartridge is screwed directly onto the male threaded part of the Hiro cartridge. The opposite end of the Schrader thread chuck is inserted into the rubber hose of your tire pump. Without a Schrader-threaded cartridge, it can be difficult, if not impossible, to connect the Hiro cartridge to your pump's rubber hose. I couldn't find an alternative method, so I ended up buying a threaded Schrader chuck, also offered by Silca.
