Great solution if want an engaging customer experience

We were looking for a way to engage with our customers on a variety of channels (email, website, mobile and social). Taplytics has given us the capability to create a 360-degree view of our customers and have been able to leverage that data to create personalized campaigns to engage them on a variety of channels. We have also been able to measure the results of those campaigns. I would like to see more integrations with other CRM platforms. We have used the data we have collected to create campaigns that have driven significant engagement. We have also been able to measure the impact of those campaigns. I like that it's easy to use and the support is great. I also like that you can see the results of your campaigns. I dislike that the price is a bit high for what you get. I would suggest that you try it out before you purchase. I have seen a lot of my friends use Taplytics and they love it. It's easy to use and they have a great support team. I am solving the problem of creating personalized campaigns for my clients.

  • Good integration between Facebook FBX API , Twitter cards etc..Integrates well across all email service providers including Google Mail & Gmail.Also integrates seamlessly without much code involvement into Microsoft SharePoint 2013 or Office 365 if desired.Easy customization/implementation through APIs available from within platform itself which gives developers access right inside software dashboard area where one need not go external
