Size large is not as large as the description indicates
Really doubt the large fits up to 23.6” as advertised. My head is about 23.8” and the large size is wayyyyy too tight. I cut the entire band/ribbon out and now it fits, but it won’t last without that important piece of structure. Sad but as a woman with a large head, I am used to it being impossible to find hats. It’s cute, if it fits you, go for it.
