I would have gladly given 5 stars but considering the circumstances I could not.1. Right when I opened the package there was a VERY strong cigarette smoke smell. So when I actually took the backpack out, it was even worse. Even after washing and everything, there was still a very strong smell to it.2. It came with plastic wrap similar to Saran Wrap on the clear plastic part. I managed to get *most* of it off but it was still stuck where the zipper is. I was disappointed by this.3. After taking the plastic off the clear part, which is probably supposed to protect the plastic from scratches, it had scratches.Honestly, I can still use this, but I would have gladly given this 5 stars if these problems had not occurred. I usually do not give bad reviews, but I will have to for this.My bearded dragons seem to like it and it does seem comfortable, I added a pillow so the "flooring” it came with didn’t smell so much. It is sturdy and I like the zipper on the side and the pocket. This was the cheapest "cat backpack” I could find, so this was much cheaper.I will try to upload pictures.
