Review on 🐴 Cavallo Simple Hoof Boot for Horses in Black: Comfortable and Protective Footwear by Patrick Reynolds

I tried these boots on after my TB mare had her shoes so tight she had nothing to wear. She couldn't walk barefoot without losing weight while riding. I had some trouble finding the right size, but the excellent return policy was a lifesaver. My mare, who is a princess, actually spans both sizes 2 and 3. She is size 2 after shearing but will grow to size 3. I use both size 3 bandages and gel pads. They are great. I stick them on her after I pick her up from the pasture and then I ride. I drove the arena and also the stages. They make a squeaky noise after a while but other than that noise they have allowed me to put my horse in order. My mare gallops happily. I haven't seen any cuts or scrapes and I check and make sure the hooves are plucked and cleaned before putting the boots on each time. The free hoof choice was a nice gesture. I would recommend them to anyone who has problems with horseshoes and wants to ride with them.
