I have bought several car mounts over the last few years. 1st - went sucking; probably my fault for keeping moving it even though it could be deleted and reinstalled. Others just didn't fit my 2000 Acura TL. This one has stood the test of time, and while suction falters occasionally, it still hasn't budged from where I set it at a few months ago. At first I didn't like that it didn't have a bracket to make it easier to remove and install, but after overcoming the fear that it would fall off when I applied upward pressure, I started removing and installing it with just one Hand! I have a Google Pixel XL and it fits this base and is very solid although it needs to be clamped right under the volume buttons. Can rotate it horizontally and vertically without hitting the dashboard! Good job Ken
