I bought this lamp after the smaller one with less wattage broke. With a 26 watt lamp, my manicure lasts a week without chipping. The nail polish comes off just as easily as regular nail polish. The increase in power changed everything. Not as intense as a salon lamp, but the manicure easily lasts for two weeks! The instructions aren't very clear so I'm not sure how to switch from the low power setting (pink light) to the high power setting (blue light), the lamp lights up the way it wants it to. Otherwise, it's great value for money.
