The cables leading to the Pi are like leaning over a wardrobe or unwinding connection cables on a freezing day. Yes, the adapter works. But the stiffness of the wire is ridiculous. They supplied this wire with cheap wire with no rubber and not very flexible. They really are doing a disservice by sending such a cheap cable. Charge more if needed, but use a decent lead. On the plus side, the connector fits snugly into the power connector on the Pi4. Come on Cana, you know you can do better.
