Great Strong Collar - Buckle, D-ring and webbing are quite strong - definitely expect it to hold up where my dog's other collars have failed due to fatigue, cold or poor materials/construction. As long as it's not freezing for winter use, it's not clogged with snow, it's easy to manipulate the buckle with gloves/mittens on. Minor gripes - I'd like a separate little loop for tags, and I'd say a gasket. inside isn't unnecessary which definitely makes it harder to attach things like a clip to a collar and would probably only be good for getting nasty after a swim. It's not a "real" Cobra buckle either, but for the price of this collar it doesn't matter and it works great.
