These shorts are great but they run true to size.

These shorts are very comfortable and well made. I would buy them again in a heartbeat, but I would buy one size smaller than the chart. I'm fairly athletic build at 5'5" but have a 30" waist. The table advised me to buy the XL, but it's too big for me. L might be ok. I don't like things that are too tight, but they might slip down if my legs don't wrap around me a bit. If I was the right size I would have 5 stars!

Pros

THIN BUT EFFICIENT ZASMA: The suede lining of these jersey shorts is much thinner than that of cycling shorts. This reduces the chance of chafing while running and also means faster drying. The suede leather still offers enough padding for a comfortable bike ride and doesn't get in the way when running.

Cons
