They work well. I had no problems with it clicking or being too brittle. However, I've cut my fingers several times trying to remove them from one spot in my patch tray and move them to a different location. The plastic corners are pretty sharp. This isn't a problem once they've been installed and left alone, but if you decide to move them, be careful.
