Works great. The best I've ever had. I mainly use it for ice tea. Simply put the tea in a teapot, fill up with water and let it steep in the fridge overnight (at least 12 but no more than 24 hours). Many people make the mistake of digesting tea with hot water (especially green water), which can make it bitter. This avoids the problem. My favorite features: 1) Infuser. That's how long the tea or coffee can expand when saturated. Best of all, it unscrews from the bottom, making it easy to clean when using loose tea or coffee grounds. Few other products have this feature. The strainer also screws into the rim to hold it securely when pouring. 2) Unbreakable. 3) Large size. 4) The lid is screwed tightly, eliminating accidental spills. To pour, simply unscrew 1/2-1 turn and the cap stays in place, allowing you to pour at a good speed without spilling or falling.
