Can't hold thick in the filter. If you pour water on them, they float. If you add water and then put ground coffee in the filter, it will float. It took several hours to filter out the soil from the pot I made. What a waste of time and money!

No design. Difficult to clean inside. Make sure you put the coffee in the filter on the outside of the jug, otherwise coffee will end up in the jug. Plastic isn't the best for the taste of a cold drink. I don't think it's anything special. I'm better at cold brewing in a French Press. I paid $25 maybe $4 for the plastic parts. Not a good deal

I've tried using this several times - in different ways. First coffee, first water, pour with the filter inside, pour with the filter on the outside, turn the handle back and forth, lots of coffee, little coffee. Whatever you do, ground coffee ends up in your coffee. This is probably my least favorite purchase on Amazon. Don't waste money!

Cold brew coffee makers should be pretty simple. Container + coffee filter + lid, done. Unfortunately, the devil is in the details. The coffee filter guides the coffee grounds into the water. And because the plastic top doesn't separate from the bottom, it's incredibly difficult to clean. I guess I'll save that for ice tea bags. But I've bought a couple of jars that have the filter on top for cold brew.

I chose this one because it's larger than Takeya's model. but at the first brew you could see a terrible design. 1) Because the bottle is oval in shape, the handle will not line up unless you ALL tighten it. Which makes it difficult to remove. 2) There is no separation from the filter/ground coffee and an opening from which the brew is poured. Works great. The best I've ever had. I mainly use it for ice tea. Simply put the tea in a teapot, fill up with water and let it steep in the fridge overnight (at least 12 but no more than 24 hours). Many people make the mistake of digesting tea with hot water (especially green water), which can make it bitter. This avoids the problem. My favorite features: 1) Infuser.
