Review on Cuisinart Chef's Classic Stainless 16-Inch Rectangular Roaster with Rack and Roaster Rack Combo by George Mendoza

Bought for $30 for Thanksgiving! OMG, this pan is worth the money. Every year I buy a new skillet at Walmart or World Market ($10-15 each) and regret it every year. Pans crack in the oven, I'm roasting a turkey over high heat, and my pans are really wearing out. Then I make the sauce in the pot at the end and just keep thinking. I wonder what comes out of those pans and goes into the sauce. In any case, roasting a turkey on high heat wasn't a problem this year, I didn't have any pops in this lovely pan. The sauce I made was AMAZING. Still no pops over direct flame. It's not a stain. It didn't stick (surprisingly to stainless steel). After eating, I send this pan of turkey in the fridge for 3 days, don't wash it. And after finally deciding on the turkey, I cleaned up this bad boy. No stains on the pan, ZERO scratches. This pan is amazing. I cooked a 24 pound turkey for 20 people and this pan will reduce my bulk. "Where %@#* can I buy a frying pan this year!?" Fear.
