We have purchased over 100 pairs of these units (1 order for 100 sets, 1 order for 10 sets) and are generally happy with what we got: product quality, installation method and appearance. Place. But it's true, as another reviewer notes, that for 100 pairs (the "cable rail kit") - each pair that requires 4 stainless steel set screws (400 screws) - we received 2 small screw packs. Maybe the screws we got were a bonus, or maybe we were often shorted out. It doesn't state that installation screws are included, and they aren't included in the product photos (although there's no mention of getting screws with your 'kit' either, as there's mention of getting the cable). The "bolts with standard ends" in the description belong to the equipment (end, tension cable). We recommend the product for reasonable use, just like ours, just don't forget the stainless steel set screws.
