The kit was complete, I do not recommend it for beginners
Carburettor was complete! all the parts needed to convert the carburetor on my lawnmower. This process is not for the faint of heart; or newbie. There are no instructions included with the kit. The process required using my drill press to drill out the plug and a punch to hammer in a replacement plug that will cover the air meter opening. Oh yes, and nail polish. Sealant for the plug may have been included in the kit, I used nail polish.
