We all want the products we buy to be flawless and the electronics to be perfect. Unfortunately, this is not always the case, this is where customer support comes in. My backup system had a faulty camera. Added pictures. In my case the camera was not in the center of the case. I had to move the camera 7/8" to the left and spread the right side with 12 1/4" washers. It looked awful and this camera had squares all over my monitor. Very disappointed at this point! I contacted the seller without reservation and sent me a new model of the camera (modernized). This camera is perfect. There are no more square rectangles on my monitor. After purchase, I asked for a longer video cable, 33ft, for my Dodge Ram 2500, 8ft bed. Three days later it came through Revain Prime. Service by LeeKooluu 10 stars. I was told I could keep the old camera. He's in the dumpster. I'm sure Likooluu lost money on this trade. I feel really bad about it. As a previous business owner with 45 years of experience, sometimes you have to dig into your pockets to fix things. In the future I will be upgrading to a 7 inch monitor and a 4 camera system. Leekooluu will be my only choice for my next purchase.
