Excellent, simple and compact

Bought these for my husband when he works long shifts at work or on hikes. I have used them too. They taste like ass like most protein/collagen supplements. The small, concentrated formula is easy to swallow, which is nice, or you can mix it with water. I mix mine with half a gallon of water, this improves the flavor and lasts half a day. If you are an adult and would like to benefit from a protein supplement, you can take it. it's just an obligation. It's not the most delicious thing, but you can do it and get amazing benefits. Considering where the high quality protein/collagen comes from. it's hard to make it tasty.
