I bought this to keep my cosmetics on the counter in my small bathroom. I wanted something nice on the counter since our bathroom has so little storage space. This is a great combination of technology and natural materials. I've only had it a few days but the lighted mirror has worked really well so far and I love that it's also rechargeable so no outlet or batteries needed. The box is lightweight and can be easily carried to another room to apply makeup when needed. Plus, as soon as it arrived, I knew it was the perfect thing to bring to the office right before meetings to touch up. I wish it had a little more storage space as some of the other reviewers have mentioned. A little box below would be awesome. Also, it doesn't close with a latch, so this can be an issue when you're on the go or if you have small children who climb into everything. For now I added a black rubber band.
