I like that they use their own cloud instead of something else - it's so much more stable than using 3rd party services! Also you can do your regular log analysis with them but also have some alerts sent off for different activities happening.
It would be nice if there was an option where we could send the alert somewhere (e-mail or Slack) rather then only having it show up as "Bluevoya" messages all over our console screen. We are getting better visibility into what is going wrong internally without needing dedicated staff constantly monitoring things from remote locations.
