I haven't had any issues so don't see a reason to rate below 5. They look way better than any other coasters I've had. ever seen. The flat glass back was a great idea for the R&D team, looks super sleepy and is unlikely to ever trip your foot over it as its profile is so thin. The only downsides I see some people mention: 1) It's not designed to hide the wires inside the telescope shaft. 2) It is designed for small speakers, nothing too big or heavy. I routed the wires straight off the false ceiling so I don't have to run the wires through the bar if they go up and down to the floor instead. It also fits perfectly with my Sony Bravia DAV DZ-170 speakers. (For clarification, I only used this for the two rear speakers)
