Pros: The watch looks good despite being made of plastic and is inexpensive. Cons: You get what you pay for. Two weeks after the return window closed, the watch stopped working 2-3 times despite a new battery. After about 2 weeks he started to make annoying noises, so to speak "humming". I was able to mute it but the noise kept coming and now it's PERMANENT. The sound is unacceptable. Whisper Technology.pfft. But the worst thing is that Firsttime & Co's customer service doesn't exist. I was only able to contact them via email - I wasn't asking for a refund or exchange, I wanted to help silence the clock. Usually, a (decent) company will send an automated response and follow up with an actual response within a few business days. Firsttime & Co didn't do either, so I sent another email a week later. You guessed it, crickets. Which company does this? Which you should avoid. There are so many 4 and 5 star reviews. You may not get a lemon as I and others seem to have. But if you do, don't expect any news from this company. Just say goodbye to your hard-earned $25.
