I don't know what's in Lenovo I installed for a while Display port outputs and not HDMI on my laptops and I don't know how I missed it when I bought this computer but they did and I did and I was stuck with a very nice and fast little computer that does couldn't send the image anywhere in my world (I'm a full Windows computer human and an Android phone human. No Apple stuff!) but this little adapter solved that problem. The only minor issue is that the end that plugs into the HDMI cable doesn't provide a secure fit for the HDMI cable, but I can't expect every HDMI cable manufacturer's cables to fit each port with exactly the right gauge and adapter fit fit. . The solution was to fix the end of the HDMI cable so it couldn't move, so the connection never dropped but the picture and sound quality was the same as if the adapter wasn't there.
