Overall I would say the chair is excellent. It's supportive and very comfortable. The only problem is that it is very small. I'm 5ft 9" and the fully assembled headrest hits my shoulder blades. The armrest is also very low. So this is pretty disappointing. In fairness, size had to be considered. But when I see something advertised for adults, I expect it to fit at least an average sized adult. If you have a teenager or child who needs a chair, it will likely come in handy. But to be honest if you are over 5'4 I would look elsewhere. Again the chair is great, I decided to keep it for comfort reasons.
