Got this to put on my Bending Branches Angler Classic as I'm a little new to rowing and my hands kept slipping on the oar and I wasted too much time fixing this. Now I know where my hands should be without looking and I can focus on proper technique without using a death grip. They weren't easy to put on, but they weren't too heavy either. After following the instructions and keeping the paddle and grips wet during installation, it took me about 20 minutes to get them in the right position. I have all the confidence in the world that they won't slip, so it's a fair compromise.
