I like that they are able to create an experience where users can interact with their product in ways beyond just viewing content or performing basic tasks (like signing up).
They have been very responsive when working together as well! There is nothing specifically about hatch inc's services/products which has me disliking them at this time other than there being too many options out here right now - it would be nice if we had more of one brand dominating so people could easily find what service fits best within our needs without having multiple companies doing similar things but not offering all features needed by us customers :) Our team uses hatchincs software called "HATCH" because its easy enought o use while still providing some advanced functionality suchas managing user accounts & permissions via roles / groups etc.. This makes life easier both from day 1 till long after launch date since you don't need any.
