****Second Update**** I highly recommend this seller because they really care about customer service. They called me after my first update to try and figure out my collar separation issue. They called again to see if the suggested solution worked and when I told them it still turns off they immediately sent me a new collar which I am now testing. I have increased the stars to five because of this outstanding customer service. Now I'm impressed by two things. This collar works and you can be sure that the seller supports their product. First Update**** The fact that this collar turns on and off when you slide your finger over the small window in front means that when my pup lay down and close that window, the collar will turn off. So if I need it to work, it may or may not be enabled. This means I have to chase the dog and turn it back on, which creates a vibration that scares him. ***So the stars were removed.**** I was skeptical at first but tried several methods and nothing worked. I did NOT want to use the shock collar, but I was desperate. My puppy would get out of control, start barking and jump up when someone comes to my house, which luckily doesn't happen too often. Right out of the box I got a chance to test it out when the FedEx guy came. difference between day and night. The next day my daughter and my two grandchildren arrived. She started going insane and one spray was enough to stop this behavior instantly. Now she pays attention when I just pick up the remote control. I don't think I'll even need it over time.
