First of all she was very late...completely missed our Halloween party, inspired customer care and kept telling us we'd get it on time. A lot of stupid things happened. We tried and tried tonight, he just couldn't stay up more than 10 minutes. My son barely made it to the second home of candy or treats and he started dumping, note the engine was on, the battery was new and he still couldn't take it. The finished plastic on the back just fell off and that was a failure. My son was so sad and crying. It was initially late and was meant to be something special for his own Halloween party and when he got a chance to wear it again it was such a flop. I want to give this product negative 5 stars because it ruined both experiences for my kids. What emotional damage this thing has done!
