I have used this program for years to do my own work in business accounting as well as other professionals out there who use it as well - they are all very good people! The interface can be daunting at first but once you get familiar everything works fine; also its great that if something goes wrong when uploading info or working off of templates then support responds quickly to help resolve any issues/concerns very professionally indeed!! nothing really though just wish some features such as invoicing were more customizable (i know i could edit them myself) however overall no problems here so far only minor things like customization sometimes slow loading times etc., otherwise easy going system which does what we need without too much fussing about it either way!
