We have a big painting over the fireplace and the only place for light was the ceiling. This is the only light source I could find that would provide enough light on a 12 foot ceiling. Installation was pretty easy if you can safely climb the stairs. Unlike many people, I read the instructions before the installation process. After about a week the light stopped working. I contacted Perfect Art Lights and Beth provided what can only be described as outstanding service. The candle was quickly replaced, it has been working perfectly for over a month. The light is amazing. Due to the flexibility with timer, dimmer and temperature control, the light can be adapted to our taste. One of my best buys in a long time.
