Blender bottles really have it all: they are durable, dishwasher-safe, easy to fill and empty and best of all: they save you the hassle of reaching for the mixer messy for different applications. I've never had a problem with them and I'll admit I was skeptical of how long it would take for the "Blender Ball" to finally rust, but I haven't even had one of these that I've ever bought. Rust (I must have bought almost 10 in the meantime). The only real "improvement" they could make would be to insulate the walls to keep the bottles from sweating and losing temperature as quickly, but maybe they can't because it's a more malleable plastic that resists tearing if dropped power. You can never go wrong with a blender bottle.
