Review on PartnerHero by Andrew Cramer

We were able to build out our customer success team quickly with great people in key roles who we could trust because of their experience at other companies like Salesforce or Hubspot! I wish there was more transparency around compensation for employees hired from outside as well - this is something that's been an issue elsewhere but it would be nice if they addressed those issues here too (as opposed).

It took us about 2 weeks longer than expected due mostly just getting up-to speed w/the platform & learning how best use all its features vs what had previously worked via email / CRM + Excel spreadsheets etc..
