The team is very responsive to any issues that we have with our website or app! They are always willing help us solve problems as they come up without hesitation!! We were able to build out our customer success team quickly with great people in key roles who we could trust because of their experience at other companies like Salesforce or Hubspot! The platform allows me to stay in contact with my clients and provide them with the support they need. The dashboard is easy to navigate and the support team is always there to help. The best part is that we can use our data to automate many of the tasks in our sales funnel. It's also easy for us to track any leads or contacts from various sources across the web. Their customer service has been great as well! They do have some bugs here and there but nothing too serious. I feel like they are working hard towards improving their product so this will get better over time. We've used them for lead generation mainly with Facebook ads, however it was not successful at generating
