The team is very responsive to any issues that we have with our website or app! They are always willing help us solve problems as they come up without hesitation!! I've never had an issue where my questions weren't answered in less than 10 minutes if not sooner. My favorite part of working wit h them has been their support for each other during work hours (and after). As far as being able to get your project done quickly - well it's hard when you're dealing w/ someone who isn’t just doing what needs to be doe but also wants t o make sure everything looks good too :) Great people & great service. ! We use partner hero mainly because there customer care was incredible-they were so easy going about getting things set right from day one which made all parties happy :D Their tech department helped me out tremendously since i'm pretty.
