Comparable meat thermometers cost $70-$80 more than this beauty. This is accurate, although I would recommend calibrating all four probes in the same glass of hot water. The Bluetooth signal is decent, but do you really want to get lost cooking an expensive piece of meat? All in all a great buy for your money.
