I feel like a fish using them lol!
I use them for swim training to add resistance. as long as i love her They are built to last and are comfortable to wear. They definitely add resistance and add power to your punches. I think it's like carrying weights and jogging but underwater. I had no trouble putting them on and taking them off or tearing them off. I would suggest following the instructions and turning them on and off in the water. They might even be good for snorkeling!
