Fantastic, especially at this price! I have a small kitchen and needed to free up some of my limited storage space. Thought this would match my newly received 3 tier hanging basket for the same small area by my kitchen door. It arrived early the next day in a box with two pieces perfectly nested. No protection other than a cardboard box so one of them had a slightly curved grille. I literally put it back in and everything was fine. I think the packaging is chic, but makes it a bit prone to dents in the net. Perhaps this is an area where they could improve, but I also appreciate the limited packaging materials. The hardware was there and solid. Mounting on a 24 inch wide wall was correct. I set them up with a 3.5 inch gap between the bottom and top of the pair to accommodate some of the larger salt and pepper grinders I have. I love the clean look so much! It was excellent at getting all the space in my closet, but I really like the aesthetic they helped me create. Neat, attractive, large capacity, inexpensive and satisfying. I am very happy with this purchase!
