Review on CEP Unisex Ortho+ Achilles Support Brace with Compression for Injured Achilles Tendons, Joint Pain, and Discomfort by Greg Anderson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Completely satisfied! on leg and footrests

Exactly as described. I read many reviews before purchasing and found it a bit difficult to believe some of the overwhelmingly positive reviews for this device. I got them 1 week ago and can't believe how great they are helping to reduce my pain and swelling. I've tried many different compression devices to help relieve my chronic Achilles tendon disease that I've been battling with for over two years. Tried Tommie Copper, Cooperwear and a few others along with PT, a few trips to the podiatrist, cortisone shots and so on. None of these products or other attempts at relief have been remotely successful. Yes they are a bit pricey but as another reviewer noted these devices cost less than 1 visit to my orthopedist. Normally I can't stand on my sore heels/ankles for more than an hour but with these things that has completely changed. I have just spent 4 days cruising on a houseboat on the St. Johns River where I had to be on my feet for over half a day and I was actually able to do it without the pain exceeding 4-5 points. Without these devices on both ankles I certainly could not have made this trip without being miserable. If you decide to try them out, make sure you measure them for the right fit. Too tight and it just sucks and if you make them too big they won't help you. I hope you find this review helpful and if you try these devices I really hope they help you.
