I like the size and the easy handling of the device. And I love the thermal apron which helps reduce the strain on the soud vide device. The top prevents evaporation. And during the 36 hour cook time I didn't have to add water, it comes with two sets of coasters to steady small packs when you're multitasking. I made a full brisket with no problems. Many of the problems I had when attempting to boil a pot are alleviated with the help of this container.
